About the Role:
Alpha Corporation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bidding Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking upcoming tenders, preparing bidding documents, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Monitoring: Stay updated on new and upcoming tenders from relevant organizations and procurement platforms.
- Bidding Document Preparation: Compile and prepare comprehensive tender and bidding documents in line with client requirements and company policies.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to gather technical and commercial inputs for each tender or quotation.
- Vendor/Manufacturer Communication: Draft and send formal emails to manufacturers and suppliers for price confirmations, product clarifications, and quotation support.
- Quotation Support: Assist in preparing accurate technical and commercial quotations aligned with customer and tender requirements.
- Project & Documentation Tracking: Maintain organized records of tenders, submissions, revisions, and results. Follow up on pending quotations and assist in converting successful bids into orders.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all documents meet technical, legal, and procedural requirements before submission.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Bio Medical Engineering, Health Sciences or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in tendering, bidding, or sales coordination.
- Strong written communication skills (email drafting and document handling).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
