Based in Karachi, with regional offices in Lahore and Islamabad, Aspire Educational Consulting (AEC) has been a trusted name in study abroad services since 2001. We are now hiring a Leads Officer to manage, qualify, and help convert student inquiries into successful admissions. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands how to turn interest into action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to new student inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet program and admission criteria
  • Conduct cold-calling to engage potential students and generate interest
  • Maintain and update CRM records to track lead progress
  • Follow up with potential students to maximize conversion rates
  • Coordinate with counsellors to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Assist in promotional campaigns, events, and outreach to generate new leads

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to learn CRM tools and digital communication platforms
