Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "Payroll Lead" for it's Karachi office.

Office Location: Fortune Tower, PECHS, BLOCK 6

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7PM CST (8PM to 5AM Pakistan time), 5 days a week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Lead to oversee and manage the payroll function for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and delivering a high level of service to employees and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for monthly cycles across multiple locations or business units.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Validate employee compensation, benefits, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Supervise and support payroll staff, ensuring timely task completion and quality control.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Accounting to coordinate inputs and reporting.
  • Process year-end tax filings and related tax documentation.
  • Maintain payroll system accuracy and participate in upgrades or system changes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, deductions, or taxes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and document payroll processes and controls to improve efficiency and reduce risk.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and softwares
  • In-depth understanding of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-state or international payroll.
  • Familiarity with HRIS integration and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience in process improvement or automation initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
