Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreign Trade Manager (Imports) located in Karachi. The Foreign Trade Manager (Imports) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the import activities within the bank. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with international suppliers, handling import documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and managing logistics. The role also involves negotiating terms of trade, managing relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient and timely processing of import transactions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Foreign Trade, Import Regulations, and International Trade Laws
  • Experience in managing Import Documentation and Logistics Coordination
  • Strong Negotiation and Relationship Management skills
  • Proficiency in Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Finance, or a related field
