We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
E-commerce Intern
. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience managing listings across major international marketplaces, focusing on the highly specialized
refurbished IT and electronics sector
.

Location & Shift Details

• Location:
  Karachi
  , situated near the
  Safoora Chowrangi
  area.
• Shift Timings:
  This position requires dedication to a late-evening/night shift to align with our international operations in the USA, UK, and UAE:
• 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM
  (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities & Market Focus

The E-commerce Intern will be actively involved in the operational management of product listings and sales across key global platforms, with a focus on
refurbished and used IT/Electronics
:

• Multi-Platform Listing:
  Assisting with the accurate creation, optimization, and management of product listings (titles, descriptions, images) on major marketplaces including
  eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Newegg,
  and specialist platforms like
  Back Market
  .
• B2B Exchange Management:
  Gaining exposure to and supporting operations on B2B exchanges for IT assets like
  TradelooP
  and
  BrokerBin
  .
• International Sales Support:
  Assisting with order processing and customer service inquiries across
  USA, UK, and UAE
  markets.
• Product Hunting & Analysis:
  Supporting market research and product hunting efforts to identify profitable items and competitive pricing strategies for refurbished inventory.
• Data & Inventory:
  Assisting with high-volume data entry, inventory synchronization, and compiling sales reports across multiple channels.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or recently graduated, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Strong Plus Point:
  Certification or coursework completion in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge or prior experience in
  Product Hunting
  (identifying profitable niche products) is highly preferred.
• Understanding of listing requirements and operational differences between platforms like Amazon and eBay.
• Excellent proficiency in
  written and spoken English
  for international communication.
• Strong command of
  Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  for data management.
• A high degree of reliability and ability to commit to the required
  night shift
  hours at our Safoora office.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Plus Point for Location

• Candidates residing in close proximity to Safoora Chowrangi
  (e.g., Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Malir Cantt, Scheme 33 areas) will be given preference due to the late working hours.
