Are you a proactive communicator with a passion for building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional client success?

We are looking for a Client Communication Executive in Karachi or Hyderabad with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, client handling or communication – preferably with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare and submit permit applications to the appropriate jurisdictions (city, county,

state, utility companies).


• Coordinate with internal design, engineering, and project management teams to gather

necessary documents and plans.


• Track the status of all permit applications and follow up regularly with agencies to ensure

timely approval.


• Address comments, corrections, or resubmittals requested by permitting authorities.


• Maintain accurate records of all permits, including expiration dates and compliance

requirements.


• Ensure that all permits are obtained before the start of construction or installation

activities.


• Communicate updates and timelines to relevant stakeholders.


• Stay up to date with local codes, zoning laws, and jurisdictional requirements.


• Develop and maintain relationships with municipal and utility permitting departments.

What We're Looking For:

Strong preference for candidates from an O-Level background.

Outstanding English communication skills – both written and verbal (this is a must, no compromises).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Prior experience with US permits, staffing, HR coordination, or client communication will be a strong plus.
