Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Islamabad. The CSR will manage customer interactions on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The CSR will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service, providing exceptional support throughout the customer's journey, and working closely with the internal team to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience skills
  • Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Interactions on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
