Senior Accountant (3–4 Years Experience)

Timings: 12pm to 9pm

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with 3–4 years of professional experience to manage our financial operations across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and comfort in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Prepare Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and management reports for decision-making.
  • Ensure tax compliance (income tax, sales tax, withholding tax) and support during audits.
  • Handle multi-company and multi-currency transactions, ensuring accurate consolidation.
  • Coordinate with operations and finance teams for expense tracking, allocations, and reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for management review.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–4 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo preferred; QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus).
  • Experience with cost centers and multi-entity accounting.
  • Solid understanding of tax compliance and audit preparation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
