We're seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong development background and hands-on experience across full-stack technologies. You must be capable of managing complex software, mobile app, and website development projects, while also contributing technically when required—whether that's live coding, pair programming, or solution architecture.

This is a highly visible role that combines technical leadership, team coordination, and client management, making it ideal for someone who thrives on delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of software, mobile, and web projects
  • Act as the primary technical lead during client calls, demos, and requirement discovery sessions
  • Collaborate with developers during live coding or pair programming sessions when needed
  • Translate client requirements into structured tasks, timelines, and workflows
  • Oversee Agile development cycles: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
  • Ensure code quality, adherence to timelines, and alignment with client expectations
  • Work across cross-functional teams including design, QA, and dev ops
  • Troubleshoot technical blockers, mentor team members, and optimize performance
  • Lead technical documentation, status reporting, and team performance reviews

Required Technical Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on development and technical project management experience

Strong experience with:

  • PHP & WordPress (Custom Plugins, Themes, WooCommerce)
  • MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, )
  • PERN Stack (PostgreSQL, Express, React, )
  • React Native for cross-platform mobile apps

Familiarity with Python is a strong plus

Knowledge of deployment tools, API integrations, and version control (Git)

Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Proficient in using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and CI/CD platforms

Ability to write and review production-level code when necessary

Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities

Soft Skills

Excellent English communication—both verbal and written (client communication is daily)

Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills

Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders effectively

Passion for quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
