Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs for both new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate will assess training needs, develop content, and ensure that staff acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to perform effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff across various departments
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and presentations
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust content as needed
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback when required
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with operational needs
- Maintain training records and generate reports for management
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar role
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and virtual training tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS platforms)
- Ability to manage classroom environments and adapt to various learner needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BPO, customer service, or sales training environments
- Certification in Training & Development (e.g., Train the Trainer, CPTM)
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and digital training methods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
