Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training and Enablement Specialist to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering informative training sessions to help new team members develop their skills and knowledge.

Your primary focus will be on supporting multiple classes of new team members from their initial onboarding through their ramp period, coaching them on sales strategy and process adherence as they advance through the early stages of their on-the-job experience.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Delivering training to entry to mid-level front-line CS & Sales staff
  • Supporting new team members throughout their onboarding journey
  • Coaching new team members on sales strategy and process adherence as they progress in their roles
  • Conducting exercises and activities that enhance the learning process

You will also source and/or create Enablement content, including structured slide decks, internal product one-pagers, videos, eLearning experiences, email templates, talking points/scripts, role plays, facilitator guides, and sales playbooks.

Requirements
  • 2+ years building content and facilitating training across a multi-site sales organization
  • 2+ years of progressive responsibility in Enablement, L&D or Training roles in a high growth, B2B, SaaS organization
  • Experience in expanding or working within an onboarding program that delivered value to new team members through their ramp period
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields
  • Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to build relationships and promote a work environment focused on team development and constant coaching
