We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Giga Mall Islamabad under our stipend program. This program is designed for fresh talent eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. It's a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a long-term career in the travel industry.

This is a multi-faceted role where you will receive training and gain experience in the following key areas:

  • Travel Operations: Learn the fundamentals of air ticket booking, hotel reservations, and travel insurance. You will also get a chance to work with visa applications (visit visa only) and Umrah packages.
  • Customer Relations: You'll be at the front line of our business, learning to handle all client inquiries via call and our CRM system. You will also be responsible for ensuring all queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Business Development: You will be introduced to our marketing and sales strategies, assisting the team with lead generation, social media management, and client engagement.
  • Technical & Administrative Support: You will get exposure to our internal software and systems, assisting with data entry and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

This is a comprehensive program for someone looking to launch a career in the travel industry. You'll gain valuable experience across the business, helping you find your niche and become a well-rounded professional.

Shifts & Requirements

  • Day Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM
  • Stipend: To be discussed based on the program structure.
  • General Requirements:
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: From Rs10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
