About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated Call Center Representatives to join our dynamic team for night shift operations. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls for our B2B and B2C campaigns, engage with prospects, and drive conversions by effectively communicating the value of our services and closing the deals. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and are passionate about communication, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls
  • Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our services
  • Build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident, persuasive, and proactive personality
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
  • Comfortable working night shifts
