Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Lahore. The Call Center Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to phone calls and emails, providing information, resolving issues, and maintaining customer records. Representatives will also use computer systems to track and manage customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction focus
- Computer Literacy skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the medical billing field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
