Vehicle Inspection & Service Training Consultant
to join our team

Role Overview

The Vehicle Inspection & Training Consultant
will lead technical training and competency development for inspection teams across our service centers and field operations.

This role is crucial in
building inspection excellence, ensuring process compliance, and elevating customer trust
through standardized, tech-enabled learning programs.

You'll work closely with our Operations, QA, and Technical teams to design, deliver, and evaluate training that bridges real-world automotive challenges with hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct in-person and online, and onsite training sessions for vehicle inspectors, technicians, and operations teams.
  • Deliver refresher courses on inspection standards, diagnostics, safety, and customer service.
  • Mentor field inspectors and junior technicians for continuous performance improvement.

Competency Development:

  • Build and maintain a
    skills competency matrix
    to identify training gaps and monitor progress.
  • Conduct periodic assessments and technical evaluations for staff certification.

Training Content Creation:

  • Develop interactive training materials, video modules, and case-based guides using real inspection data.
  • Maintain an internal knowledge hub with visual learning content, FAQs, and process checklists.

Quality & Performance Alignment:

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to address recurring issues through targeted training interventions.
  • Ensure all staff comply with
    Car Advisers' inspection SOPs
    , safety standards, and service protocols.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Liaise with regional managers and inspection heads to plan training schedules.
  • Submit monthly training performance dashboards and impact reports for management review.

Qualifications & Experience

  • DAE (Automobile / Mechanical)
    or
    Bachelor's in Automotive, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive experience
    (inspection, diagnostics, or service).
  • At least 1 year
    of experience in
    technical training or competency development.
  • Strong understanding of multi-brand vehicle systems, fault diagnosis, and repair processes.
  • Experience with training software (PowerPoint, LMS, or video-based learning tools).

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Urdu).
  • Strong technical depth in
    diagnostics, inspection tools, and repair techniques.
  • Confident in using digital systems for reporting and data entry.
  • Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills for field team engagement.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for training sessions and audits.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about raising industry standards.
