Required skills

  • Oversee daily financial operations and activities .
  • Evaluate and maintain the accounting structure of the organization .
  • Maintain the financial health of the company and ensure the accuracy and integrity financial records.
  • Must possess knowledge in all aspects of taxation, with full command on Tax related matters (Income Tax, Corporate Tax, Sales Tax etc.). Must have practical knowledge of Tax return preparation, wealth statement, compliance of tax notice and accounts preparation and take charge of all tax-related matters of the company.
  • Effectively manage payable and receivable cycle .
  • Engage with customers to address finance related concerns.
  • Prepare reports to provide insights and updates on financial performance & cash flow management
  • Conduct profitability forecasting and analysis for future planning & budgeting
  • Provide support for ongoing ERP development
  • Provide strong leadership to the finance team, managing each individual and guiding and mentoring them to achieve the company's goals.

Qualification:

  • Masters, preferably with a professional degree.
  • ACCA or ACA (Qualified or Partially Qualified) .

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years Finance & Taxation, with preference for experience in transportation, shipping, clearing or logistics industry .
