  • Master's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Operations Management

  • Certifications in Project Management or Digital Marketing will be a plus

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in an educational or training institution.

  • Strong understanding of corporate training trends and audience-driven program development.

  • Excellent team leadership and departmental coordination skills.

  • Experience in marketing supervision, social media growth, and lead generation.

  • Solid grasp of digital platforms, website management basics, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to multi-task under pressure.
