Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR & Culture Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen our organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure a positive and inclusive workplace. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people, well-versed in HR operations, and able to act as a culture ambassador within our fast-paced IT environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and nurture a strong, collaborative organizational culture within the IT environment.
  • Design and execute employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the company at HR and industry events.
  • Handle employee relations and grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and transparency.
  • Oversee HR operations including policies, leave management, and performance management.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws.
  • Partner with leadership to support training, learning, and career development programs.
  • Act as a role model and culture ambassador to foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven HR experience, preferably within IT or technology-driven companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in culture-building and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
