The Dreamial Marketing Agency (TDMA)
is offering an
onsite HR internship
where you'll gain hands-on experience and learn how HR functions in a dynamic digital agency environment.

What You'll Gain & Work On:

  • Assist in
    recruitment processes
    : job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Support
    onboarding and exit formalities
    for employees
  • Maintain HR documentation, records, and attendance tracking
  • Contribute to
    employee engagement activities
    and HR initiatives
  • Participate in HR meetings, training sessions, and performance feedback reviews
  • Get exposure to
    how HR operates
    in a fast-paced creative agency

Requirements:

  • Graduate of
    HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong
    communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Based in
    Lahore
    and available to work onsite at Johar Town
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and responsible
