Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and leadership qualities to manage campaigns across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media campaigns, and paid advertising
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve results
  • Coordinate with the design, content, and development teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as required
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing roles, preferably in an IT or tech-related company
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
