Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead and execute our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will oversee digital campaigns, manage content creation, and ensure optimized presence across all digital platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising).
  • Manage and improve the company's website, landing pages, and digital content.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
  • Lead and manage marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies through platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and engagement.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate funds effectively.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify trends to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.
  • Oversee creation and distribution of engaging digital content (graphics, video, and written content) across web and social platforms.
  • Work closely with creative teams or freelancers to produce high-quality design and multimedia content.

Qualification & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role (Healthcare Industry Preferred).
  • Proven experience with performance marketing and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of
    graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite), video editing basics, and content writing best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
