Our network of experienced Independent drivers is TSA certified, and our vehicle fleet includes 25 cars, 6 vans, and 3 box trucks. We are dedicated to meeting your business needs effectively.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Islamabad. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating delivery schedules, communicating with drivers, managing routing, ensuring timely deliveries, and handling customer inquiries. They will also monitor the fleet, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coordinating delivery schedules and managing routing
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with drivers and customers
  • Ability to monitor fleet performance and track shipments
  • Problem-solving skills for resolving delivery issues
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with transportation and logistics regulations is a plus
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or related field is beneficial
