Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Rep in our Dispatch Team located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to calls and emails, recording customer interactions, and working closely with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring positive Customer Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
