Job Responsibilities:

  • Centralize Marketing Data & Analytics by integrating tools (GA4, CRM, Search Console) into unified dashboards, enabling real-time decision-making across all Business Units.
  • Develop & Execute Cross-BU Campaign Strategy by building collaborative quarterly roadmaps, content reuse frameworks, and campaign briefs aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage Channel-Specific Execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Meta platforms through A/B testing, community management, and targeted engagement campaigns.
  • Optimize Paid Media Performance by planning and launching localized and international campaigns with a focus on reducing cost-per-lead (CPL), increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI.
  • Lead Email Marketing Nurture Programs through segmented, data-driven campaigns aimed at converting MQLs to SQLs and improving pipeline movement.
  • Scale SEO & Organic Growth through monthly audits, keyword optimization, backlink strategies, and AI-readability enhancements to improve visibility and site traffic.
  • Monitor and Report Competitor Activities by producing monthly insights, extracting actionable tactics, and contributing to competitive playbooks for future campaign planning.
  • Deliver clear, timely, and insightful performance reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO platforms
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (e.g. Mailchimp), email campaign tools, and CRM systems.
  • Expertise in building Power BI dashboards or equivalent BI tools for campaign performance reporting.
  • Strong command of digital A/B testing, lead funnels, ROI measurement, and channel optimization.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills with a metrics-driven mindset.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance optimization, or demand generation roles.
  • Proven experience with paid media management, cross-channel campaigns, analytics platforms, and funnel reporting.
  • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C digital ecosystems and marketing automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, or CRM platforms are a plus.
