Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Lahore. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources activities within the organization. This includes recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business goals.

Qualifications

  • A solid understanding of recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing training and development programs
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
