Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a Digital Media Project Manager with at least 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or media agency. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of different agency functions such as social media, design, SEO, or paid ads, and be eager to grow into a leadership role.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in executing digital projects and knows how to coordinate with cross-functional teams. They must be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of ensuring that campaigns and projects are delivered on time, meet client expectations, and align with brand standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage local and international clients' projects, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with design, development, SEO, and social media teams.
  • Assist in planning and tracking campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide daily/weekly progress reports to management and clients.
  • Support in hiring, training, and motivating team members.
  • Document project requirements and deliverables clearly.
  • Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and suggest solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in a digital marketing/media agency.
  • Basic knowledge in at least two areas: Design, Development, SEO, Social Media, or Paid Ads (PPC/Meta/Google).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and willing to learn quickly.
