Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Officer & SMD Technician located in Lahore. The IT Officer & SMD Technician will be responsible for day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and performing network and system administration tasks. The role also involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure and addressing any technical challenges that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
  • Information Technology and Technical Support experience
  • Network Administration and System Administration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
