Position Overview:

Turn Up Technologies is seeking a results-driven and experienced Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Karachi Development Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing ad campaigns across all channels, ensuring a high return on ad spend (ROAS) for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of paid advertising, data analysis, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid marketing strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Manage and optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROAS and achieve client objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for ad campaigns.
• Create, monitor, and adjust ad budgets, bids, and targeting to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that align with client brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid marketing.
• Work with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and target audience, ensuring campaigns are aligned with their overall marketing strategy.
• Manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in paid marketing, digital advertising, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns with a high ROAS.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and others.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with diverse clients across various industries.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to create both text and visual content for ads.
