Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Lahore. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Daily tasks include managing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies based on insights. The role also involves collaborating with creative and content teams to craft compelling advertisements and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Ad Campaigns, and ROI Optimization
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis, Google Analytics, and Tracking Tools
  • Strong skills in SEM, PPC, and Social Media Advertising
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration abilities
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus
