Location: College Road, Township, Lahore

Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT

Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. This role involves handling the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to facilitating a smooth onboarding experience. While prior experience in hiring for technical roles is a plus, we are also open to candidates who are enthusiastic and quick learners looking to build a career in recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage candidates for technology and specialized roles using various channels (job portals, networking platforms, social media, etc.).
  • Review and shortlist applications based on job requirements and candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with department leads to understand position requirements and staffing goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in drafting and extending job offers, as well as gathering necessary documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of hiring activity within our recruitment software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical).
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, methods, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate related skills.
