Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Islamabad for a Head of Growth. The Head of Growth will lead and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing growth marketing campaigns, identifying growth hacking opportunities, and coordinating with sales and business development teams. The role will also involve tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize growth efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Customer Acquisition
  • Experience in Growth Hacking and Sales strategies
  • Skills in Business Development and strategic planning
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Islamabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
