With a growing team in Pakistan, we are seeking a visionary Marketing Director / Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and brand presence.

Role Overview

The Marketing Director will own the overall marketing strategy, budget, and execution for CareCloud MTBC. This role is responsible for aligning the brand with U.S. headquarters while localizing initiatives for the Pakistan market. The position requires a dynamic leader with proven experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or technology marketing, who can balance strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the marketing strategy to support business growth and brand positioning.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across digital, events, and branding initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency with U.S. headquarters' brand guidelines while adapting campaigns to the Pakistan team and audience.
  • Oversee digital marketing, content creation, corporate communications, and public relations activities.
  • Build thought leadership through campaigns on healthcare IT trends, including AI in RCM, interoperability, and ONC certifications.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI and integrate marketing with sales objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Track key marketing metrics, analyze performance, and report insights to senior leadership.
  • Represent CareCloud at industry events, conferences, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in strategic marketing, brand management, and digital campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare IT, SaaS, or revenue cycle management industries (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in managing marketing budgets and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, U.S.-focused environment.
