We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ruby on Rails Developer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience. You will work on developing and maintaining web applications, writing clean code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features on time.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and explain technical solutions clearly.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
  • Strong understanding of Ruby, Rails framework, and MVC architecture.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Git version control.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
