About the Role

Starcean Solution is looking for an experienced Off-Site SEO & Outreach Specialist with 2–3 years of proven experience. The ideal candidate must have their own portfolio of websites, strong expertise in outreach, and hands-on experience with high-quality guest posting. The focus will be on building strong backlinks, particularly from UAE-based websites, to drive authority and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities


• Execute off-site SEO strategies, including link building and authority growth.


• Perform outreach campaigns to secure backlinks from high-authority websites, with a focus on UAE-based platforms.


• Identify and build relationships with webmasters, bloggers, and publishers for guest posting opportunities.


• Write, edit, and manage proper guest posts with relevant anchors and links.


• Handle the entire process of off-page SEO, including directory submissions, blog posting, content syndication, and forum contributions.


• Track, analyze, and report backlink performance and overall off-page SEO effectiveness.

Requirements


• 2–3 years of experience in off-site SEO and outreach.


• A portfolio of personal websites demonstrating SEO skills.


• Proven track record of successful guest posting and outreach campaigns.


• Strong understanding of link quality metrics (DA, DR, spam score, relevancy).


• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for outreach.


• Preference for candidates with experience targeting UAE-based websites.
