The Product Operations team is looking for a Remote Product Setup Assistant to manage data entry and product file creation. This is a data-heavy role, ideal for someone who is highly organized and thrives on accuracy and following established processes.
Responsibilities
- Create new Shopify product listings, including titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Set up and link corresponding Katana MRP bills of materials for production.
- Update product information as needed across various systems.
- Assist with setting up internal production orders.
Qualifications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience using Shopify and Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, especially via Slack.
