Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations. This role involves basic video editing, administrative tasks, managing day-to-day responsibilities, and communicating with prospects on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic video editing for marketing and internal use
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, emails, and document management
  • Assist with daily workflow and task management
  • Communicate with prospects and clients professionally on behalf of the company
  • Provide general support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with basic video editing tools/software
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
  • Available to work an 8-hour shift (full-time, remote)

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote)

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday

Pay: Competitive, based on experience
