Key responsibilities
- Office management: Maintain office supplies, organize and update filing systems (both physical and digital), and ensure office equipment is working properly.
 - Communication: Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle incoming correspondence. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients.
 - Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
 - Administrative support: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations. Take meeting minutes and help with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
 - Support to staff: Provide general support to team members and assist with special projects as needed.
 
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
 - Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
 - Organizational skills: Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities are crucial.
 - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
 - Other traits: Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor are highly valued.
