Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (B2B) to drive corporate sales growth for Hanif Rajput's catering, events, and food services. The role will focus on developing strong business relationships, securing corporate clients, and expanding our footprint in the B2B market through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy targeting corporate clients, institutions, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations and event teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements to corporate clients.
- Track sales performance, prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports, and provide insights to management.
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and corporate meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–7 years' proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, FMCG, or event management.
- Strong network with corporate clients in Islamabad/Rawalpindi region.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design tailored solutions and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools preferred.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to lead sales initiatives independently.
