We are hiring Floor Incharge - Stitching and Packing (Towel)

Location: SITE Area, Rasheedabad ,Karachi.

Education: Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 04-05 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage the stitching process within the Towel Division, ensuring the production of high-quality towel products.

* Implement and optimize floor management strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality control. Monitor floor's stitching operations and its SOP's and maintain floor closing reports physically and as well as on system.

* Possess comprehensive technical knowledge of cutting, stitching and Packing.

* Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to avoid production losses.

* Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.

* Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and achieve seamless production processes.

* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all stages of the stitching process.

Skills and Traits:

* In-depth technical knowledge of towel construction processes, including stitching techniques.

* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

* Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a textile manufacturing environment, with a focus on towel construction.
