  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the switchgear production floor.
  • Ensure all switchgear assemblies (LV/MV Panels, MDBs, SMDBs, MCCs, PLC Panels, etc.) are produced according to design specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teams to ensure material availability and production schedules are met.
  • Assign tasks to technicians and workers according to the production plan.
  • Monitor progress of work, resolve technical and operational issues on the floor.
  • Enforce compliance with safety procedures, 5S standards, and company policies.
  • Verify assembly, wiring, and testing processes at different stages to ensure quality compliance.
  • Train and guide production staff for technical improvement and efficiency.
  • Maintain production records, job orders, and daily reports.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC department for inspection and testing.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Qualification: B.E. Electrical

Experience: 6–8 years of proven experience in MV & LV Switchgear Production
