We're Hiring: Business Development Executive

Are you passionate about travel and eager to grow in a dynamic industry? Excellence Travels & Tours is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth, build relationships, and develop new opportunities for our travel and tourism services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel & tourism sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and travel agencies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Research market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Support the marketing team in promoting travel packages and campaigns.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the travel & tourism industry).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Passion for travel and customer satisfaction.
