Job Title: Business Development Executive (Female Only)

Location: Bahria Town Phase-6, Rawalpindi

Job Description:

A real estate organization is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

  • Negotiate and close sales transactions in a timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, real estate regulations, and competitors' activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Intermediate or higher.

  • 06 months to 1 year of Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in a leading Real Estate Project.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Must have ability to Sales Lead generation.

  • Age between 23-35 years.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
