About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven
Senior Business Development Executive
with strong experience in outbound sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through
cold calling, email outreach, and sales closing
, while building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via
    cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
    .
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Manage the entire
    sales cycle
    from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities to meet monthly targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on lead generation efforts.
  • Report sales performance and insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years' experience
    in outbound sales, cold calling, and email campaigns.
  • Proven track record as a
    sales closer
    with consistent target achievement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, hunter mindset.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
