Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and performance-oriented Script Writer who can craft compelling ad scripts for UGC videos, DVCs, and product-based storytelling content.

If you have a knack for understanding consumer psychology and can turn product features into emotional hooks — this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging ad scripts for short-form videos (15–60 seconds) for eCommerce products.
  • Develop storylines for UGC, influencer, and brand awareness videos.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align messaging with ad strategy.
  • Research industry trends, competitor ads, and product benefits to craft persuasive angles.
  • Create variations of scripts for A/B testing in ad campaigns.
  • Optimize tone, structure, and CTA for performance marketing goals (CTR, ROAS, engagement).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in writing ad scripts for eCommerce brands or agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital ads, storytelling, and consumer psychology.
  • Ability to write in different tones — funny, emotional, persuasive, trendy.
  • Excellent command of English and attention to detail.
  • Portfolio of past ad scripts or video content (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
