Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to accurately and confidently address customer needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
  • Update and manage customer records and interactions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Chat Support Agent, or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of packaging campaigns, particularly in the US market (Canadian or UK market knowledge is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
