About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our Business Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales, client relationship management, and financial services. The role offers a blend of marketing, sales, and financial consulting within the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX).

Role Includes:

  • Lead generation & telemarketing
  • Client meetings and account pitching
  • Providing financial services to clients in listed commodities

Job Details:

Last Saturday of the month is operational only

Working hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday (for males)

10 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday (for females)

Salary Structure: Fixed Basic Allowance plus commission and incentives

BDE Basic Allowance during training Rs. 25000

Trader: Rs plus commission (depends on trades avg 40-50k)

Location : Al Beena commerical centre, BC-11 Block 5, Kehkashan Clifton, Karachi

Training period : 3 days formal training with batch. 3 to 4 weeks on floor training under line manager (paid as applicable)
