Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities including closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting through effective team management.
  • Cash & Treasury Monitoring: Review daily cash positions, fund requirements, and short-term forecasts; coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth cash operations.
  • Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Supervise compliance with taxation laws and statutory filings; coordinate with consultants and authorities where required.
  • Payables & Receivables Supervision: Monitor the aging of receivables and payables, and ensure timely processing through established approval workflows.
  • Budgeting & Cost Control: Support the budgeting cycle by validating inputs from departments; track actuals vs budget and highlight key variances.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage the finance and accounts team by setting clear expectations, reviewing performance, and ensuring alignment with company policies and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: CA Finalist / ACCA / CMA.
  • Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in accounts, finance & taxation within a manufacturing or industrial setup, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax laws, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  • Excellent command of MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
