Role Description

Business Development Executive (B2B IT / Cloud Services) — Full time, on-site (Faisalabad)

We're seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B client acquisition and relationship growth for our cloud and cybersecurity services.

This is a strategic, career-building role combining marketing outreach and consultative sales — ideal for candidates eager to learn IT-based selling and client engagement.

You'll handle inbound leads, generate new prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach, prepare proposals, coordinate with technical teams, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.

The position reports directly to senior management (CEO / Sales Manager / BDM).

Key responsibilities

·       Identify and qualify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, directories, calls, and emails.

·       Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and provide tailored quotations/proposals.

·       Conduct outreach campaigns via calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging.

·       Maintain an organized pipeline in the
CRM
, ensuring all follow-ups and meeting notes are logged.

·       Collaborate with technical and billing teams to ensure accurate handover and service delivery.

·       Achieve monthly
sales targets
and
activity-based KPIs
.

·       Provide post-sale coordination and maintain long-term client relationships.

·       Coordinate with the
Digital Marketing Executive
on campaigns and lead-nurturing activities.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills (cleaned & recruiter-friendly)

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Sales, Business Development, or Customer Support
    in IT, Cloud, SaaS, Business Email, or Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident on phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable with
    cold calling
    and
    professional follow-ups
    .
  • Ability to understand and explain technical services in clear business language.
  • Strong organizational and CRM skills.
  • Bachelor's degree
    in business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA/BBA preferred).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to build a long-term career in B2B IT sales.
