OctDaily is a growing US-based company focused on print-on-demand merchandise and e-commerce. We manage multiple online stores with a focus on high-quality design, efficient fulfillment, and strong customer service.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced E-commerce Manager to lead operations across our Shopify stores and manage all Printify-related workflows. This is a full-time, remote position with night shift hours, ideal for candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, particularly within the print-on-demand space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify stores
  • Manage product uploads, pricing, tags, and descriptions
  • Process and monitor Printify orders, ensuring timely fulfillment
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to launch new products
  • Handle order issues, fulfillment problems, and customer queries in collaboration with the support team
  • Create weekly performance and inventory reports
  • Set up discount codes, promotions, and seasonal sales
  • Ensure store policies, return procedures, and shipping info are up to date

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5 years experience with Shopify and Printify
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and print-on-demand workflows
  • Familiarity with product listing optimization (SEO, titles, tags)
  • Comfortable working night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT)
  • Ability to troubleshoot fulfillment issues and communicate effectively
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with design tools like Canva or Photoshop (basic level)
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps for email marketing, reviews, and shipping
  • Previous remote work experience with US-based clients or companies
