Klap Solution is a fast-growing eCommerce service provider helping marketplace sellers maximize their sales and brand presence across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and other major platforms. We specialize in providing full-service solutions, including account management, marketing, and growth strategies tailored to online sellers.
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building our client base.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential eCommerce sellers on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy, and similar platforms.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, social media, etc.), and other lead generation tools.
- Initiate contact with sellers via email, phone, or messaging platforms to introduce Klap Solution's services.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments/meetings for senior experts to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and appointments using CRM tools.
- Work closely with the sales/marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales outreach (preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital services).
- Familiarity with eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to handle outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and outreach platforms.
Preferred Qualifications (Not mandatory but a plus):
- Experience working with an agency or eCommerce service provider.
- Understanding of Amazon FBA, Walmart marketplace, or other eCommerce selling models.
- Previous success in appointment setting or sales roles.
